I UNDERSTAND THAT NOT ONLY AM I REPRESENTING MYSELF AND MY SCHOOL, BUT I AM ALSO REPRESENTING AND PROMOTING A POSITIVE IMAGE OF PORTRAITS BY ANGIE LANE photography.

IF CHOSEN AS A SPOKESMODEL, angie lanE photography HAS MY PERMISSION TO USE IMAGES OF ME/MY DAUGHTER TO PROMOTE, MARKET, AND ADVERTISE HER STUDIO. *

I UNDERSTAND THAT UPON ACCEPTANCE TO THE ALP MODEL TEAM, THERE IS A FEE OS $375, WHICH INCLUDES MY CHILD'S SIGNATURE SESSION FEE. I understand that I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR AND SCHEDULING PROFESSIONAL HAIR AND MAKEUP for STYLED TEAM SESSIONS as well as POSSIBLE clothing/accessories for group sessions. 

I understand that if my child is chosen to be alp Spokesmodel, I am responsible for paying FOR any prints, products or digital files I wish to order from the session. *
