Ordering an heirloom album is the difference between capturing moments and preserving your memories for generations. One of my clients, the Tom Family recently ordered a gorgeous custom album to capture their young family in the gorgeous lavender fields!

Meet the Tom Family. I first photographed them last fall at Lake Tahoe (which was one of my all-time favorite sessions!) I was so excited to photograph them again in the lavender. They were driving all the way from Oakland for this session and we had had to reschedule because on our original date, the lavender wasn’t blooming yet. Then my daughter graduated and our family went on vacation, so I was worried the lavender would be past its peak. So I was thrilled when we got there and it was stunning!!

What they wore: I worked with mom to style their session several weeks ahead of time. She wanted a light, neutral palette that wouldn’t compete with the lavender and it turned out perfectly!
