This session was about as perfect as it gets — two absolutely adorable sisters in an awesome location. This was one of my casting call sessions — I wanted to try out this location in the delta and I LOVE IT! I had a ton of favorites and I’m going to post a bunch to show off this place!
I will be out of town Monday-Saturday next week. Clark has meetings in Anaheim next week so I'm taking the kids to Disneyland! Wish me luck — Clark will be in meetings all day, so I'm taking the kids BY MYSELF to Disneyland for two days. I hope it stays the happiest place on earth.
I promised I would post a few images of MY portraits displayed in my home to get the ball rolling — remember, you have until FRIDAY, MARCH 20 to send me pictures of your Portraits by Angie Lane images in your home. I will post them to my blog and my viewers will vote on their favorite. The winner will receive a complimentary portrait session!
Here's Kayla's room: The picture in the middle is a 16×20 with a 6" Custom Painted frame (total size 32×28) It doesn't look that big on the wall does it?
A closeup of the portrait: This is the line of Paige Pea frames I carry. It's a 6" neutral white frame with imperial rose tuscan flourish pattern and imperial rose dune moulding. I LOVE IT!
Kaden's Room: Also a 16×20 portrait with 6" frame
And a closeup: This is a 6" light blue frame with red Rope moulding.
3 Canvas Gallery Wraps (11×14 and 16×20) in the entry way.
Some small ones next to the window:
And 4 11×14s above our bed:
I first photographed the “P” family at their wedding (well, actually their engagement pictures) nearly 5 YEARS AGO!! I can’t believe it’s been that long. They have since moved out of state and added a couple of little ones to their family. While on vacation, they had me take their first official family portrait. It was so great to see you guys again! And your children are so beautiful!
Here’s a couple of shots from their wedding:
And 5 years later . . .
Oh, I have so many favorites from this session, I could post twice as many! Clients ask me all the time about good locations — this session goes to show that you might have something right in your backyard that is awesome, without even knowing it. We did this session on some property they had. It has a little old house (that you would drive past and not even think twice about) and some metal barns/sheds. IT WAS PERFECT!!! Hope you guys enjoy your sneak peak!
This little peanut was so alert! We finally wore her out at the very end. She’s such a tiny little thing, but she’s already got chubby cheeks, so I bet she’ll be a little rolly-poly in another few months! I took pictures of her big brother when he was a newborn a couple of years ago — he’s so grown up, I never would have recognized him! And he sure loves his baby sister! It was so cute!
I know we've passed my original deadline for you current clients to send in images of your pictures in your homes, but my trip to Vegas threw me off! And I'm going out of town all of next week, SO if you still want to send in your pictures for a chance to win a complimentary photoshoot, send them in by next Thursday and I will still post them. I will try to post a few of my own as well to kick things off (but I have to take them first)

This little sweetie wasn’t too sure about me at first.
But then a kitty made its way into our photoshoot and she just lit up! (Maybe a future as a veterinarian?) And when I came home and looked at the pictures, I found that we captured more smiles than I thought!
I’ve been photographing little Miss M since BEFORE she was born! I can’t believe she’s already two! We had so many shots from this photoshoot, I had a hard time narrowing it down! Happy birthday M!

This little guy reminds me of the Gerber baby! He was quite the little ham! He’ll be a great model when he’s older — he was up for anything!
